1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FrontRow Brands™ website (byfrontrow.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.
2. Services
FrontRow Brands is a visibility agency offering printing, signage, promotional products, branded apparel, and related services. We act as a broker connecting clients with manufacturers and fulfillment partners. All products ship directly from the manufacturer or printer to the customer.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by FrontRow Brands. Pricing is provided on a per-project basis and may vary based on specifications, quantity, materials, and turnaround time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project specifications change after the initial quote. Payment terms will be agreed upon before production begins.
4. Production & Delivery
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, materials availability, and manufacturer schedules. FrontRow Brands is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is tendered to the shipping carrier.
5. Artwork & Files
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets the specifications provided. FrontRow Brands is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to spelling, color accuracy, image resolution, or design layout.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce all elements contained within, including logos, images, and text.
6. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse to print anything deemed offensive, obscene, and/or immoral. FrontRow Brands may decline any order at our sole discretion without obligation to provide justification.
7. Returns & Reprints
Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are generally final. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
Claims must include photos of the issue. FrontRow Brands will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or credit at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of FrontRow Brands or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
FrontRow Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Website Use
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use this website at your own risk.
11. Privacy
Information submitted through our contact and order forms is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request and communicating with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

FrontRow Brands reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
